Mailbox Rules

This report displays cached data from the CIPP reporting database. Click the Sync button to update the cache for the current tenant.

Table Details

Column	Description
Name	The name of the mailbox rule
Priority	The priority order of the rule
Enabled	A Boolean field indicating if the rule is currently enabled
User Principal Name	The user principal name of the user's mailbox that the rule has been set for
From	The sender's information the rule applies to, if set

Action	Description	Bulk Action Enabled
Enable Mailbox Rule	Enables a disabled mailbox rule
Disable Mailbox Rule	Disables and enabled mailbox rule
Remove Mailbox Rule	Deletes the mailbox rule
More Info	Opens the extended info flyout
