# Edit Room List

Opened from the per-row actions on the List Room Lists page, this page will allow you to edit the details of the selected room.

## Basic Information

| Field         | Description                                   |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| Display Name  | Edit the display name of the field as desired |
| Description   | Set the description for the room list         |
| Mail Nickname | Edit the mail nickname of the room list       |

## Add Members

| Field            | Description                                |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Add Room Members | A drop down to add rooms to the room list  |
| Add Owners       | A drop down to add owners to the room list |

## Remove Members

| Field                 | Description                                    |
| --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Remove Room Mailboxes | A drop down to remove rooms from the room list |
| Remove Owners         | A drop down to remove rooms as owners          |

## Room List Settings

| Let people outside the organization email the room list | When toggled on, this will allow externals senders to reach the room list |
